Below are a few milestone projects from the 70+ successful projects we’ve delivered.
Gas Processing
This project is a 200MMSCF/D cryogenic gas processing plant with fractionation, delivering lean gas, LPG, propane and stabilised condensate for Pan Ocean Oil Corporation/FODE under an EPIC partial turnkey contract completed in 2019. The plant configuration enables efficient separation and recovery of natural gas liquids to maximise both liquid and gas output.

The delivery scope covered engineering, procurement, construction, mechanical completion, pre‑commissioning and commissioning, along with as‑built documentation and two‑year operational spares.
Condensate Stabilization
Condensate stabilization plant delivering 6,000 BPD of stabilized condensate with RVP that meets refinery specifications for Nigeria Petroleum Development Company, Schneider & Schroeder under an EPICC full turnkey contract completed in 2019. The facility is designed to ensure safe, consistent condensate quality for downstream processing and export.

PESO’s scope covered detailed engineering, procurement, civil construction, mechanical and piping works, as well as electrical and instrumentation. Start‑up, commissioning and operator training were also provided to support reliable long‑term operation of the plant.
Oily Water Treatment
Oily water treatment plant treating 10,000 BPD for Nigeria Petroleum Development Company/DGS Limited, producing water that meets regulatory disposal requirements of less than 10 ppm under an EPICC full turnkey contract delivered in 2021. The facility ensures compliant and environmentally responsible disposal of produced water from oilfield operations.

PESO’s scope included detailed engineering, procurement, civil construction, mechanical and piping works, plus electrical and instrumentation. Start‑up, commissioning, spare parts and operator training were provided to support reliable, long‑term operation of the plant.
Hydrocarbon Metering
Oredo Flowstation Hydrocarbon Metering Project delivered for the Nigeria Petroleum Development Company, this full turnkey hydrocarbon accounting project covered the engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning of critical oil and gas metering systems at the Oredo Flowstation.

The scope included separator gas, fuel gas, flare, and crude export metering, alongside full SCADA system configuration to enable accurate monitoring and control. The installation featured ultrasonic oil meters, thermal mass flow gas meters, and turbine oil and gas meters, supported by spare parts provision and ongoing maintenance.
